I had such an exciting weekend in the realm of unique bags! I stopped into Marshalls on Saturday and I was not disappointed as I’ve been so many times in the past. I needed to get a large suitcase for my upcoming trip, and I found one of those huge, yet super-light-weight ones– for $80 dollars less than it’s original price. And just in case I didn’t think I scored big enough, I also got the lovely satchel featured above, by Betsey Johnson, for more than half its listed price. I only could have scored higher if I had found a custom passport holder to put in that pocket on the outside of the satchel, but I’m not too broken up about it.

Many people think that lunch bags are only for children in elementary school, but with the current eco-friendly craze I think these reusable bags will be making quite a comeback. They’re especially good for summer and winter, because their insulation can keep your food cool or warm– whatever floats your boat. Just try to get a paper bag to do that!

Here’s another option of non-woven grocery totes– it’s called a feather weight bag, and it’s super cheap. It looks really similar to your standard plastic bag, but it’s eco-friendly and can hold up to ten pounds of groceries. This is a great option for grocery stores to give away as a promotion to entice consumers to switch to reusable bags.

Trade show season is right around the corner, so I thought I would take a moment and talk about trade show tote bags. While pens and stress balls are great promotional trade show giveaways, promotional tote bags remain at the forefront of all trade shows. There are two reasons why; first they have a large imprint area making your companies logo highly visible, second people like to use trade show totes to carry around all there other trade show schwag.
With the economy in the state that it is in many companies are probably going to cut back on their trade shows, or at least on the amount of promos they normally do. I recently found this great Value Tote Bag that is perfect for doing a trade show on a tight budget. Not only will it fit your budget, but even if you are not including other promos your logo will stay visible throughout the trade show floor.

The economy isn’t looking so hot right now, which is leading many businesses to look for budget-friendly ways of advertising their company. When it comes to inexpensive promotional bags, there are plenty of options at your disposal. One of the coolest ones I’ve come across is this cooler lunch bag and water bottle combo set. For as little as four bucks and change apiece, you can give each one of your clients and employees a branded lunch bag AND a branded water bottle that they’re likely to use on a daily basis. The multi-item combo set offers double the exposure potential for your logo, and is a practical and useful gift for just about everyone.
